Service Contracts

To ensure your automatic gates continue to perform as intended despite being exposed to Britain’s weather conditions, we recommend that they are serviced appropriately.

The specifics of the regularity of a service are unique to each gate system. Outlined below are two of our standard schemes. We will advise you at the time of installation our recommendation for servicing of your system and can offer competitive pricing for ongoing service and maintenance.


Silver maintenance contract

The Gate Automation Company will visit your property once during the contract. This contract includes:

1 x full service and maintenance check where any faulty components can be replaced or repaired.
The cost of all labour and consumables used for the service (excludes costs of out of warranty parts)


Gold maintenance contract

We will visit your property twice during the contract. This contract includes:

2 x full service and maintenance checks where faulty components can be repaired and replaced.
The cost of all labour and consumables used for the service (excludes costs of out of warranty parts)
Highly recommended for gates that open 16 or more times a day.
